I had a 128 and it works fine. SanDisk is a good company and it works on any computer. There are no real cons to it, and there isn't anything that makes it much better than anything else other than it is a popular brand so the OS of the computers usually have the compatability worked out. I have a memorex 1gb and it works fine on anything.

The flash drive is great with or without the software(I don't use the included s/w)

SanDisk is generally pretty reliable. My 512mb Micro has been great.
