OK - I think it is from the 80's (I remember it from when I was a kid)
This woman's kid was killed by a drunk driver, so every year on the anniversary the mother sends the woman who was driving drunk a black rose. Then the woman's (the one who was driving) son starts dating the mother's (of the kid killed) daughter (or vice versa).
Does anyone remember this movie and what it was called (I have a bet with my sister that I couldn't remember)
