So my job doesn't lead to me being very active, and nor does my private life.

So, what exercises can I do to work off my budding manboobs?

either take up a spot or do the 5 a day trick.
get up, go to the bathroom. 5 push ups, 5 sit ups. shower.
when you get home do 5 more of each. it wont stop you gaining if you eat loads, but it will put a tone on an other wise flappy boob.

Man boobs, they are very unattractive. I have great news and not so great news. First the not so great, losing just your man boobs is a task that is next to impossible. The great news is that you recognize that you are not in the shape that you want to be. It has been said that a habit a can be made or broken in 3 weeks. Who knows, maybe, maybe not. What i can tell you in my experience is that if you have man boobs you probably are out of shape in other areas also. Make exercising a priority, you don't have to join a gym. Push ups, walking, are two of the many free exercises that you may want to take up. The other good news is that if you start now, you could be in great shape by next spring. I know spring sounds like a long way aways, but Rome was not built in a day. Always consult a doctor before beginning any new exercise program and leave the fat burners in the store. most of them are caffine and other natural substances. I have never seen a natural substance in a pill! Enjoy life, its your only one and happy losing.
