Wow...what a confusing question. I think you're referring to BC used as "Birth Control". Certain forms of birth control are: condoms, diaphragms, the birth control pill etc...just so you know...NO "bc" (birth control) is 100% safe. There is always a chance that you can get pregnant when you have intercourse.
Don't have intercourse unless you are using some type of birth control and you are also prepared to support a possible child.
