1) exhaustion or fatigue
2) lack of concentration: eg I can't read more than 10 to 20 pages continuously.
3) lack of sound sleep although I have to stay in bed more than I used to.
4) discomfort: especially when I am in bed.

A nonprofit hospital has to treat you and you will not be responsible for the bill. Social services will help you get the bill taken care of.

I would find a nonprofit hospital in your area and go to the ER. And you are very sick. Please do this. I promise you they will treat you.

I am not a doctor, but it sounds like maybe you are stressed. Is your mind always wondering while you are trying to concentrate (such as when reading) I mean is that why you can't read more than 20 pages continuously? Lack of sound sleep...do you mean you sleep, but really feel like you have just been in bed with your eyes closed and not really slept? (and maybe after a night like this woke up with a headache) and you didn't really explain what you mean by discomfort. and your number 1 question are you just more TIRED or SLEEPY? I found out there is a difference from my doc (before I lost my coverage) contact me and let me know so I can try to help more. I have gone some of this and I will tell you what my doc told me. It sad not having any way to see a doctor because I can't go either.

1) when you feel exhaustion, put your feet under runing cold water for 2 min, those could temporary refresh you a bit.
2) stop to read, get some thing to drink and look out somewhere that's green.
3) take a warm bath, for 20 min.
4) you have to identify what cause your discomfort. have you had history of high blood pressure? where is your discomfort?
5) probably, it causes from the position while you're reading. You should try to stretch your shoulders for 30 seconds for each side. Look up the stretching exercise for pectoris muscle in website. there are tons of them.

There are plenty of free clinics in the country. Call the hospital in your area and ask them if they know of one. It could be a sign of heart problems. You must not do this only for yourself, but for those around you that love you! Stop procrastinating...pick up the phone and call the hospital and ask them about that free clinic!

Get out of bed and exercise, even if it's walking around. Make yourself use some muscles and you will find that you will start feeling more alert and ready to play.

My advice is to go to a free clinic where you live. Even if you don't have insurance im pretty sure they can do somthing for you.

Tell your boyfriend to leave you alone while you try to sleep.
