cuz.. it emphasise the brand name which normally falls in between the hands when it's 10:09 or actually 10:10... that's clever job for advertisement.. and another reason is the clock hand makes sign V which is for victory..good for timepiece...and sign is also for peace........lot's of reason huh!

It's kind of subliminal advertising. The hands form a sort of smiley face and the viewer is more happy to possibly buy this product.

I used to wonder about this too, but apparently, when the time pieces are at 10:10 it looks pleasing to the eyes... That's the honest truth .

I always thought it was 10:10

It makes it look like the clock is smiling as long as its a "face" clock

thats cuz its the most favourable postioning of the hands of the needles - to make the name n brand of the co. visible.
