It shouldn't have any effect on you at all. Your husband may enjoy new feelings that he has never had. They say circumcised men have more feeling during sex. The best part for you is you don't have all that extra skin in the way when you go to kiss it.

Why is your husband thinking about having a circumcision? Is he having problems with his foreskin? Or does he think that you would preffer him with it done? Perhaps he's thinking about converting to Judaism?
It's curious that a natural man would have that procedure done, unless he has a condition that can only be "cured" by amputating the foreskin.
In any event, he can have it done if he really wants to. Most doctors would advise against it if it's unnecesary, but it's HIS prerogative. He may have a self-image issue (This is akin to women who want breast implants because they feel they're "too small")
He will be very sensitive a first, but with time, the head of his penis will become less sensitive due to dryness and over-exposure. But he'll get used to that.
If you have sex with your husband without a condom now, then you might notice a slight differance in how his penis feels after his circumcision. But the overall effect shouldn't affect your pleasure at all.
If you two use condoms now, then you will notice no difference after.

I was thinking to get circumcised for many years (i am 49 yrs old now), but I decided not to do it. God, evolution or whatever is much wiser than we are. It is only natural to be born Uncircumcised, so why play God? To answer your question that either way will not make any difference to you in terms of making love. However, it is believed that it is more hygienic when the man is circumcised and less to contract bacteria. But when the man is always clean, there is nothing to worry about. The only thing is that you may suffer for a while for not having sex with your partner since he will be in pain for a few days. If he is convinced about it, let him do it. Good Luck and ENJOY!

Why has he decided to get circumcised? I ask b/c my husband is but he didn't want my son circumcised when he was born but I think we should have. My hub and says just the opposite of what everyone is answering. Your husband may have more sensation at first but, since the head of his penis is exposed to rubbing on his underwear, clothes, etc. it will become increasing LESS sensitive after awhile. The procedure and result won't affect you at all since everything is exposed when he's erect anyway, as it will be always from now on. My advice would be for him NOT to get it done, for his own sake.
OH! And "Efil" is confusing "circumcision" with "vasectomy" so, don't worry, you'll still be able to have children!

my dad was not circumcised. my mom and dad had 8 girls, no boys they sure did try. the only reason we know is because my mom told us to have our boys circumcised. the reason for this is when your circumcised there is more of a chance of the organ not getting clean properly. she was a nurse and delivered babies. their is alot of people not circumcised out there. when your not circumcised the skin goes over the top of the head of the organ and is enclosed. so if he does this it will be pain full for a short bit. then he will function as normal. its all up to the individual what they choose to do. it will not affect your sex life because i asked my mother for you. you see he had 8 of us so he must have been okay. i talked to a couple doctors and they told me the same as i am a nurse. so proper cleaning is suggested. personally i would not change what is not broken. is this for religious beliefs? if so, god had the baby boys circumcised in the good book. but I'm sure prior to that some were not and did not change this. if hes doing this for extra?? it wont be that much more. talk to your ob doctor and he will inform you more on this subject. thank you

Nothing should change at all for you--but things will vertainly be different for him. There is some argument about whether a circumcised man or an uncircumcised man feels stronger sensations during sex--it all depends on how tight the foreskin is. The best response to your husband is to ask why he wants to have it done.

For you love making really isn't any different whether he is or isn't, it's actually better for you, on a health care professionals viewpoint you run a higher risk of getting certain types of female cancer being intimate repeatedly with a man that's not circumcised. Good Luck :-)

On you behalf, It won't be that substantial of a difference albeit a slight bit more friction; I've heard an analogy from a man who talked of his experiences of having sex before and after circumsicion. Because of the of nerve cells missing from the foreskin, he explained that it was like going from having sex in full color to going to black and white.
