Most probably you will end up with her if your attracted to eachother, but ones you break up, her brother and you wont be that close anymore. Thats the same thing that happen to my boyfriend and his ex. Thats why i always say Bros before Hoes.

Ask her friend if it would be okay for you to date his sister , just to make sure that their will not be any hard feelings between you and your friend . If he says it okay than ask her out . Good luck !

That depends on your friend. If he would be okay with it, go for it. If he'd prefer you not to date her, you will lose your friendship if you pursue her.
