I go to the gym 3-4 times a week and lift pretty heavy weights, recently, my arms have become numb for short periods of time and I cannot sleep now and then because of the nagging pain in my shoulder joints. This is not the normal "no pain, no gain" soreness. It's not severe, but it is bothersome...any ideas?

take a week off, if you work out that much you are probably not allowing proper repair time, 8 hours of sleep and eat 3 meals a day, if you have been on this routine for a while you may be gaining by taking off

It's inflamation. I use to have that problem, but since I've been taking Via Viente that problem does not exist anylonger!!!!

Via is all natural, no side effects, and taste good. Its liquid form and it actually help you improve your work-outs by far.

Your energy level will soar and when u take your second dose of the day 10 minutes b4 bed you'll sleep great.

Go to Yahoo: charlesmurphy.myviaoffice.com then click on oppurtunity and then choose customer A then make sure u auto-ship your order.

Stay with it for at least 12 weeks for optimum results.
