They are actually CD-R's you just burn them a different way, burn them as a mp3 cd instead of an audio cd

Just about anywhere. 100 songs is around 300-400 megabytes of information, and most CD-R discs have a 700-800 megabyte capacity. I know places like Walmart have 5 discs for a few dollars.

any cd can be a mp3 cd. all you have to do is convert it before you start buring the cd from wma to mp3 and you can put 500 or more songs on it

One place. eBay (I feel awful for reffering you there. Just buy what you are looking for and close your account, this way, you will not go bankrupt... plus you can get it cheaper and you can just sit at home for it to get to you).
