I'm guessing that was a blank, "placeholder" card, just to fill the hole were your network adapter will go, when you get one. Keeps the dust out.

You are a completely pathetic creature you have an Inspirion and you have lost the NIC card and now you want to know what you have to do. Where do you live any Arabic oil rig? Just go to your daddy and beg for another one .........no no not an Inspirion go for those Dell four pci SLI ed desktop and loose one card and blog further.
