First understand the workplace will always be a melting pot of people as the rest of the nation is. Remain professional and cordial when necessary speak and if it still drives you nuts mind your own affairs unless interaction is required. I cant tell you to accept every culture but perhaps if you listen you may learn something new for the day and turn the situation around. Teach others about your culture (foods, ceremonies, etc). Enjoy the experience.

Perhaps you need a reality check. The world IS getting smaller, more integration of ethnicities IS a fact, and you must face that fact. You sound just a bit racist.
SURE, you can leave that job and find another one where ONLY your 'ethnicity' or colour works, but that won't last long.
Perhaps you need to start out by realizing that 'those' people ALSO have red blood, they have families, they work hard, they have mortgages, they get sick, they need health care insurance, they get flat tires, they get TIRED and hungry, they don't like terrorism any more than YOU do, and they, too, are underpaid, just as YOU are. THEY want to 'get along' just as you do, and probably are QUITE AWARE how you feel about them and it makes them uncomfortable too.
Try befriending 'those' people instead.
"Try standing in someone else's shoes" comes to mind. This is a 'universal problem' and is NOT going to go away, so get over it.

If you mean you work among people of all ethnic groups, that is a privilege. Learn what you can from their cultures and share information about your own. What an education you are getting! We must learn to get along with people who are quite different from us. Once you understand where they are coming from, you can start over with a new attitude. You don't necessarily have to like the ways of others, but you can be more accepting. Give it a try!

Whats the problem, exactly? Cuz right now, without details, you just sound racist. * Just do your own job. If you really cant stand it, find another place to work, or, heck, try to learn the language from them. Knowlege is power, after all.

It sounds like you need a new job. What is the problem? Most work places are very culturally diversified nowadays.

I don't know what melting pot means but I think it has to do with being like everyone else.
Don't do what does not benefit you.
