You can buy some glove conditioner from walmart and keep putting your ball in your glove and wrapping it around the ball in about three days your glove will be broke in . The best glove conditioner is Hot Glove. It uses a warm oven to soften the glove. Put your ball in the glove and sleep with it inside the glove under your mattress. It depends on how long you work with the glove to get it broke in. If you work with it every day for a few hours it should be good in 3-4 days.

Put a baseball in the web fold if up put a rubber band to keep it in that position while putting oil on it. Leave it that that for a day or two then start playing catch and it will not take you long.

i just replace my 1st base glove and had it game ready in 1 week.
1. apply glove conditioner
2. place a softball (to make a bigger pocket) in pocket
3. wrap glove with rubberband
4. play catch as much as you can (even it you just toss the ball to yourself)

It really depends on how much you use it! If you use it only a little then it might take a month; if you use it daily then maybe a week or a little more. Hope that helps!
