Here is a site that shows which films are playing in the Mumbai area. It lists the Aurora, but only for the next few days. Sunday isn't on schedule yet.

The only way more guns could have helped was if a gun carrying viewer happened to be sitting near the front of the theater so that when the gunman ran part way up the stairs to shoot at viewers trying to escape out of the back he could simply run up behind the gunman and pop a cap into a weak spot of his head to toe armor at point blank. In most cases of mass murder such as this, there was at least one gun carrying citizen that could have attempted to stop the mass murderer but in almost all cases, the gun toting citizen chooses to run and or hide just like everyone else. The shooter was in armor from head to toe! The only way to somewhat safely stop him is for one person to sneak up behind the shooter and tackle him, then hope others will jump in while the shooter is down.
