The best way to lose weight is to just eat right and exercise. Don't eat junk food every single day, maybe 1 day a week is ok, but not 7 days a week. Make sure you get enough carbs, calories, and protein your body needs. If you don't know how much carbs,etc. you need then go on to muscletech.com,then click on your country, then you go under body building and click calculators,I think you'll find what your looking for. On the exercise part, just go run,walk, or get some type of exercise for 30min a day. But take 1 day of the week to rest up you body.

You know what? I tried many pills and many diets, but I have to admit that my weight went down when I went on a low carb diet. I thought Atkins and South Beach were Okay, but had some flaws. By eliminating rice, pasta, bread, or anything that has flour in it, you can lose a lot. I needed to lose 15 pounds and I did and have kept it off.

There is only one way to lose weight: consume fewer calories than you burn. The best way to achieve this is to exercise more and build more muscle, because muscle burns calories at rest as well. At the same time, eat smarter without starving yourself. Lots of fruits and vegetables, not much meat and very little sugar.

Best way to loose weight is to eat smaller meals and to make them more healthy. Eat all your food groups and try to keep all the snacks low in fat...Celery is really healthy because you burn more calories eating eat than the ones you get from it. Drink lots of water and go out and take 30 minute walks. DO NOT starve your self because if you do your body collects all the calories and fat from food when you do eat, making your body retain more weight. walking and jogging are more efficient when you wanna loose weight than running. So start out walking then move onto jogging then up to running.

Eat breakfast every morning. Do not eat bread, cookies or candy. Do not eat between meals and if you do, make sure it is healthy, like an apple or pear or banana. Do not eat after 7pm at night. Right before bed, drink juice or milk. Stay away from canned drinks and try to eat only fresh vegetables. Green vegetables are best. And only eat baked foods.
