yes i believe you can trust again. its not going to be easy but it can be done. if its going to work the one that did the cheating needs to be willing to make every effort to prove themselves trustworthy again (checking in, no lies, honesty, give no reason for question)
the person that was cheated on needs to first accept and honestly deal with the fact that their mate cheated. then forgive, then see if the mate proves themself trustworty again.
even though it will be hard they cannot continue to bring up the past in this situation.

I would believe that you can grow to trust them again, but you would be suspicious for awhile. Once you let down your guards, and start all over again, then the relationship can be saved.
If your mate is caught cheating again, then it would be a good idea to find another mate. Don't go out and cheat, because your mate may be cheating,
Two wrongs, do not make it right, so if your mate doesn't have the same morals that you do, then that is another reason to cut if off.

NEVER! I believe that once a cheater ALWAYS a cheater. My husband cheated on me and I can NEVER forget it and I can NEVER trust him again. Also, men arent "wired" to be monogamous and once they get a taste of cheating they won't ever stop. Women on the other hand are "wired" to be monogamous. I truly believe that men will cheat with or without reason, but women cheat when they are seeking comfort and not getting it at home. Either way NO EXCUSE for cheating! If you forgive, then you have just let the bull know that he got away with it and he will do it again and again.

Never. Because you'll always live in that fear. You'll always wonder if they'll find someone else who has something that they're looking for and didn't find in you, since that's what happened the first time, right? Be it better sex, more exciting conversations, better physical appearance or just the thrill of it and the adrenaline rush. Whatever the case may be, they were drawn by something and you'll always wonder and suspect if they will go and find it somewhere else again. Besides, once they've cheated, they'll do it again, and again...and again. But then again, if you're meant to be together, then that's the what's going to happen. If you're not, then you're obviously going to find someone else to be with 'till the end.

Once a trust like that has been broken it is not possible to ever gain it back. It really is that simple. If he/she cheated on you not only have they betrayed their vows to you but they have also lied and concealed from you. You will always know that has happened and are not likely to forget the feelings it caused...therefore the trust has been forever broken.

No.... I personally couldn't. However, if there was true remorse and he made himself totally accountable trust could be rebuilt... just not a blind trust that was there before.

yes if both of you talk and agree to work on things. "fool me once: shame on you, fool me twice: shame on me" it will be hard to regain their trust back but it is possible.
