drink plenty of water
sleep atleast for 8 hours
put cucumber slices / cotton soaked in cold milk / cold tea bags on eyes

Sometimes it is hereditary.
Get lots of rest.
Drink lots of water.
Limit alcohol (it will dehydrate you).
Apply a soothing eye gel.
Use cool compresses when eyes are dry or tired.
Use Preparation H (yes the hemorroid creme) for tightening and firming the under eye area.

Drink plenty of water on a regular basis and get some descent amount of sleep (8 hours per nigh). A monthly facial may also be beneficial for skin (plus peace of mind).

At night, make sure you get ALL of the make-up off of your face.
Then, after cleansing, put little dabs of a face lotion under you eyes. Don't rub it in all of the way; leave some to soak in while you're asleep. Get a good night's rest. Repeat =]

If it is not allergy related, tea bags. Make some tea. While they are still warm put them on your eyes for 10 minutes. Works great.

Sleep and healthy eating will help in the long run. I was going to say use concealer, but I guess guys don't really like to do that.

i have them 2.either
1 u have allegies, take medicine
2 ur not getting enough sleep, don't drink caffeine after 4
