Invisible dog fence might be your answer. After a few shocks, they probably won't come near your room again.

Your 2 sisters really like your room but most of all they love you and just want to be near you. If you insist on them staying out then you can add a new lock to your door. (one that locks from the inside. And while you are not home, you can add a chain lock to the outside of your door or buy a lock that locks from the inside and outside of the room. Before you do either, ask yourself how you would feel if you were in their shoes. Would you feel like your sister or brother did not love you? Is that how you want them to feel? There is a time for privacy and there should be time for family. Prioritize your time for both, then use the locks.

Make a deal with them that you won't go in their room if they don't go into your room. If this doesn't work buy a lock. My sister does this to me all the time so I know how hard it is. If none of these plans work tell your mom or dad or whoever you live with and have them talk to your sisters about your room being off limits to them.

you didnt say how old you are, but i'm assuming you are probably a teenager, therfore you do not need, nor should you have a lock on your door.
no offense, but i was just a teenager last year, and i remember very clearly how i would have behaved with a lock on my door.
they are your baby sisters, love them treat them respectfully, and when they know you think highly of them, ask them as you would someone your own age if they wouldnt mind just allowing you some privacy.
it will be hard, we are talking about doing the very uncool and hanging out with your little siblings, but trust me in the end when they hang around only when you want , it'll definitely be worth it.
Peace

(if you have carpet it will work better But if not the just use more things)take an old pair of jeans and kinda shove them between the crack of the bottom of the door that way it will be hard for lil kids to open and you will hear the pants being brushed up on the carpet so when u hear that you can just push it back but if worst comes to worst then just put a piece of furniture in front the door

Talk to them and help them understand the need to leave big sister's things alone. Then make the famous "knock before entering" or "keep out" sign. Parents need to address them as well but dont pound them. They are learning.

Set up a time that they are allowed to take their breaks with you and request that the rest of the time they stay out. Telling them NO just makes them want to come in, but if you set up "visiting hours" then you can control when they arrive and depart.

You are their role model, check what they usually take and you might want to let them know they may have mostly everything they want from your room as long as they ASK for it. Have a family meeting so your parents can back you up in teaching them respect and consideration for other people's stuff.

You can try talking to them but I know that never really works. Maybe install a new doorknob with a lock? You deserve privacy.
