The realistic chance has gone out the window via the subpar performance of the referees so far. I know Ghana is going to rely mostly on their defense and the yellow and red card will flow like water. After that what realistic chance do they have? In a perfect world Ghana would win, but we know how it goes.

Ghana is going to need a piece of plywood the size of the goal to win today. Brazil is just too strong and have too many weapons. Ghana can only hope not to get shut out and to keep the goals against under double digits.

Every team has a chance in every match.
Ghana 20%
They need (in strictly order):
1. Brazil playing as they done in stage1. Hiding in shadows. Without will, fun, aggressivity, determination. Static team. Invisible forwards.
2. Ghanians playing as they done in stage1. With will, aggressivity, determination. Great care, they need to avoid accident as the rear-pass to the goalie that permits Italy second goal scored.
3. Ghanian midfielders will have extra-work. The key is to stop their opponents (especially Emerson and Kaka) to passing ball to forwards. Blocking the centre of the field, Brazil will try to run on the wing side (Roberto Carlos). Wings too have to be stopped.
4. If Ghana midfield can resist the clash, Ronaldinho will try to running with the ball. It's time for defenders. Then, the goalie must be in great fit to save on the Free kick on goal, especially Adriano from long distance will be threatening.
5. If those tactics will be fully paid with a score 0-0 at 40' in the first half, Brazilian will slow the tempo waiting for second half. This is the right time to hit! Only a sudden fast break attack and Ghana is winning!
6. No recipe for second half, sorry. Now Ghana need only to avoid:
bad luck
lack of care
exxaggerate will of winning - stop attacking from midfield, only forwards need to spot the opportunities for fast break attack
drunk referee losing yellow and red cards all over the field or seeing penalties in the mists of this glorious steamy noon

Football is played by 11 players on the field and both teams have a 50-50 chance of winning. But as a Ghanaian I'm supporting the Black Stars of Ghana to win today.

No chance, there is a better chance FIFA will over turn the bad penalty call in the Italy vs Australia match. Sorry Ghana, you are going home.
