First of all don't become anorexic. To lose weight eat healthy and get at least 20 minutes of exercise every day. The exercise should get your heart pumping where you can't sing but can have a conversation with someone while exercising. That means that your heart is getting the right pumping rate to help you lose weight.

Not a wise choice for losing weight!! This will affect more than your weight, and I don't think that is what you really want to achieve. First off, how much are you wanting to lose? IF the answer is 5-20 lbs, you should be able to achieve this will simple dieting, and avoiding foods high in fats, and sugars. There are plenty of diets on the market that allow you to eat freely, but at that same time eat sensibly. Exercise is a good addition to add to your daily routine. Something as something as walking, or a brief aerobics routine will get your heart rate up, and help you burn that unwanted fat. BUT MOST OF ALL, don't use the route your thinking of as for you will be sorry you did in the long run!!!

Loosing weight is very easy for me at least. I can gain 10 pounds in few weeks if I would like to or loose 40 pounds in 40 days. I'm 5'7" and 165 lbs, few muscles and few fats, :).
To effectively loose weight is by creating a proper diet for you. You can eat 4-6 times a day and still loose some weight if you eat less and more healthy food(vagetables, chicken, fish). Your body will transform any excess food to fat and use fat for energy if your body lack the nutrient it needs.
By eating less, makes your body use the reserve fats as energy and that is what you like to happen. While doing this drink plenty of water.
You don't need to exercise to loose weight, but exercise will accelerate your weight lost for needing more energy and use fats as a source. Exercise will do wonders on your health also.
Bottom line is you can loose weight just by diet alone but it will take more time.

eat when you are truly hungry and stop when you are full, and you'll never have weight pprobalems. for loosing weight, diet and exercise. eat HEALTHY foods and portioned quantities of them. cut back on fats to once a day for dessert. don't skip meanls, beacause that only makes you eat more at the next meal because you are starving. good luck!
being anorexic is a bad idea. it is unhealthy and potentially dangerous. you can lose the weight in other and healthier ways.

the ONLY way to lose weight and keep fit forever is to eat half of the amount you usually have, do any kind of physical activity (walk, run, swim, dance, dance, dance), cut down on sweets and junk food, do not cut them out just DOWN. You bet becoming anorexic and bulimic is not the answer.

i've done the "i'm not going to eat so i can loose weight" thing.
anorexia will actually cause you to gain weight first before you loose it b/c your body isnt meant to loose wieght. our ancestors were always in danger of starving to death, so in order to prevent this the human body evolved to store wieght so that whenever food was scarce there would still be energy for it to use
as soon as you stop eating it will go into starvation mode and use as little energy as possible and it will store the fat of EVERYTHING you do eat instead of letting much of it just pass like it does when you are not starving yourself.
not to mention that you will be permanantly damaging your heart tissue, your stomach linings, the loss of nutrients will cause you hair to fall out, you teeth to rot faster, you r skin to look greasy and waxy, your bones will be morelikely to break, and the olsen twin-skinny look is so gross.
the BEST way to loose the weight (provided that you actually need to do this) is to eat small amount every three hours
-- eat breakfast (eat heavier in the morning so you have more time to work off the calories you take in) wait three hours and have a small snack, then for lunch (three hours later) eat a sizable but controlled amount, another snack in three hours, and a light dinner.
do not eat for 2hours before you go to bed.
take walks, you dont have to run b/c walking is just as good for you.
the reason why the 3-hour diet works, is b/c your metabolism shuts down and stops working to burn fat when you dont eat, and when you are eating every three hours your metabolism nevers hybernates, instead it works constantly b/c it knows that since the food keeps coming you are not in danger of starving.
als dont eat high in refined sugar foods, or white breads, eat only whole grains, and it might be time to say good bye to candy .

If you want to be anorexic, you should find out what it means, because you dont need suggestions, you just stop eating. you shouldnt do that though, youre going to hurt yourself.

drink lots of water ... and early in the morningw hen u get up have lukewarm water with lemon and honey .. it will help lossing wt and when ever u feel hungry drink water before eating ... avoid junk and oily food and excericse for 30 mins .Good luck
