Because they are ashamed because society (mainly Christan's) have conditioned them to believe that it is wrong, even though it isn't

I would like to tell my partner but I cant, not because I am ashamed but because I don't like the thought that he may be doing it when he's not with me. A bit hypercritical I know!

I think alot of us are embarrassed and don't want guys to think that we're like them and only think about one thing all day long. We aren't as open about our sexuality as men are, well most of us aren't anyway.

i don't know...maybe they're embarassed or maybe they are embarassed to tell their specific partner. i don't get it...if that's your partner (boyfriend/husband) you'd think you'd tell them everything....i tell my husband everything!
