Ring Business Link. Go to their website www.businesslink.co.uk

They are so helpful. They'll send you information packs, and give you regular calls to see how you're doing.

However, saying that, they will help you, but it's extremely hard to get a grant. It all depends on certain criteria, such as number of employees, your postcode, your business type etc. I went through about 100 organisations and got nowhere, for loads of different reasons, such as living in the wrong type of area.

You'll need to have a business plan and loads of stuff ready if you are accepted, to put forward to a panel. Hardly any grants consist of 100% handout and a lot have a minimum spend. The lowest one I got offered was to spend £4000 (without VAT) and then get £2000 back, once I'd sent all the receipts to them.

they have not got components to commence a private company. merely Small company Loans... and it seems such as you does not qualify. components are seen "charitable". So while you're actually not component of a recognized charity, you do not qualify. in addition they have some components for college. yet not a private company.
