What equipment do I need and what's the price range? Or should I request delivery service and how's the pricing? I need around 150 gallon/day.

Do you mean demineralized water?

Reverse osmosis is the most economical way.

Check out millipore, look up their RO products.

evaporation pools cpvered by plastic with a capture tank would also work pretty well if you live in a hot area

you're gonna need a good filter. i like milipore they work well and for a good amount of time.
