Provided I have the budget to buy the equivalent Apple. It's true Apple has a more stable os like Mac. Now a days they have launched an intel chipset Apple, there you can install XP or Vista as well as Mac Versions. Mac os is less infected also. Graphically they are superior to PC all the way. On the dull side you have to procure the Mac versions of all the games and softwares, which is a bit tiresome one.

I prefer a PC. However, there are just too many applications that I use under Windows XP to justify switching over to a Mac. Okay so you can now install Windows XP on a Mac. Mainly for me PCs offer a better value and with all the hardware trouble Apple has been having lately, I cannot now justify the higher cost of Apple computers. I would prefer, if Apple would sell OSX for PCs rather than keeping it a closed system for use on only Macs. I tolerate XP, I would much rather use OSX as my primary OS but... then there is the application issues.

You can now buy a MAC that is capable of running both the MAC system and Windows. So, a person can have both MAC and Windows' based programs on the same computer. I, myself, prefer windows, but only because that is the only system I have ever owned and operated.

Definetly Mac. They are so much easier to use (I've used Windows my whole life until now). They cant get viruses as easily as Windows computers either. And they look really cool. But there is one bad thing about them and that is that some websites and software jsut dont work good with Mac. But thats why I have a Dell too.
