for me it was Bonham Texas. We went on vacation there in Aug. 2001 for about a week to see my in laws; by Oct 2001 we were moving there, then by April 2002 I was separated from my husband, had none of my belongings from the 8 years of marriage and had no place to live with my 2 children in tow.
I guess what appeared to be a good strong marriage back home in California really wasn't and it took us being close to his family to be his true self.

I decided to stay in Texas of course not in the same town. In 2004 I met the most wonderful man and that has made it all worth it.

when i went on a plane for pennslyania for the first time,i had everything except the kitchen sink to keep me amused, but, the odd fact of the matter is,i learned that you don't need anything besides a dog,a sled,a pair of yak hair boots, and your grandparents to keep you amused, and i still remember it to this day.
