No. They do diagnostics and will put your car battery in for you. Other than that, they just provide the parts so you can do it yourself.

You didn't even tell us what town your from so how can we determine that? I think Biff said it best in those old back to the future movies "THINK McCfly THINK"

GO SOMEWHERE THAT WORKS ON CARS......NOT SELLS PARTS!!!! I SAY AGAIN.....GO TO A REAL REPAIR SHOP!!! Please be wise as to where you repair your car, its not a lawnmower.
