It is free to download ..legal I don't think so....lots of viruses and tons of misinformation on correct song titles, album names and singers.
When you purchase Limewire ($20.00) you are only buying their software...you are not buying the right or permission to download any music.

First of all it is not 20 bucks a month its free the pro version is 20 but it is legal i have got viruses from it

It's not legal and u have to pay a kid in my school got busted using Limewire and had to pay a fine

limewire has no viruses, yes it's legal, and it's 20.00 a month, it'd be cheaper to do yahoo music

Its totaly free unless you get the paid version wich offers you more servies then just downloading, music,videos, and pics.
The Paid version lets you do alot more!
