My wife seems to think so.
She thinks she can be ready for an event two hours later than it actually starts.

I guess it could be possible. Seriously I dont know.
What exactly is your definition of time travel??
If I hopped on a plane and flew to Western Australia they are 2 hours behind where I currently live. That means I have just gone back in time and am reliving the same two hours. Is that classed as time travel? If I fly home again and go from two hours behind to 2 hours ahead again is that time travel??
Do you class Nasa sending astronauts into space time travel?? They are travelling at the speed of light!!
I believe in some way shape or form it to be possible as I believe ghosts/spirits that passed on long ago are seen walking through a house are in another dimension (another dimension another time = time travel?) yet sometimes they are seen by us. I guess anythings possible and if it isnt real at this stage I am sure man will work it out in the next so many years a way of doing so.
Cheers

Long Answer: Time travel in the sense that it is seen in movies and fiction is not. In theory, if you could travel faster than the speed of light, you could see an event, such as a supernova, move at speeds exceeding that of the light from the supernova, and arrive at a point in space where it appears the star is still in tact, until the light of the explosion arrives. Technically it has already happened at that point, but it is arguable that you did something similar to traveling back in time.
Short Answer: No, it is not possible.

Actually it is, but the method is totally impractical on a human scale.
There's a great book out by Gott called "Time Travel in Einstein's Universe". Gott is an astrophysicist at Princeton U. It explains the most recent advances in physics without the complicated math.

We are all travelling forward in time, so yes, we are all doing it all the time.
Backwards travel, and travel to a distant future is *theoretically* possible, but the technology required is still many years (millenia?) ahead of us, and would be ridiculously expensive. To say that it is NOT possible would be just plain wrong.

If you go to the north pole and run around in circles are you ahead/behind of us all? If you take a plane to London all the time are you time traveling?

Yes - Astronuats up in space for a period of time are actually a fraction of a second younger when they return. Serious time travel, as in days or years - No

i believe it is possible, but i doubt we will ever get tto the technological advancements necessary...
Time and space are in the 4th dimension, and seeing as how exist ONLY in the third, i think it will always be just out of our reach...
Of course, time travel is ALWAYS possible with a good book, movie, or dream...

Literally, no; however, you have your memories which you can call "time travel" b/c it takes you back to another place and time.
