use a spray cap off a can of krylon spraypaint like a graffitti artist.

Hi! I think u should get a nail remover cotton, put a little bit of the perfume on it, and pass it around your neck or face, anywhere! The same happened to me! Trust me! It works! Or...u could put the perfume in a little spray bottle and use that too! But i recommend the cotton swab! Good luck!

Try using a top from an old perfume and see if that works, alot of times it will.

I'd go to the perfume store with a big smile... with a bit of luck, they have a test bottle that is finished, and can give you the top...

Are you talking about the sprayer top? If so, just pull the sprayer off another bottle and jam it on. You may have to try a couple to find one that will fit.
Or, if you still have the receipt and package, go back to the store and exchange it. Just say it came like that.

look what u may try to do........
whats left now is a tiny ""straw"", you hands - and with your nails (one from each hand) you push on the straw - and u get a spray of the perfume...
or find a top of another bottle and replace it...
if it wont work... well. buy new one, hekk knows...

Well, if it is really good smelling purfume so DONT THROW IT AWAY!! U just need like a cotton ball or tissue and pour a little on the tissue or w.e and then u dab it where u want it!! I hope my advice works for u!

try 2 exchange it.........even if u can get it workin, wouldnt u rather hav 1 that works and u dont hav 2 worry about the top comin off again

DO YOU HAVE A TOP OFF ANOTHER BOTTLE THATS WHAT I DO WHEN I LOSE ONE
OR LAY A PIECE OF PAPER ON THE COUNTER TURN BOTTLE UPSIDE DOWN AND PUMP IT AND RUB IT ON YA JUST LIKE THE MAGAZINE SAMPLES

It will turn bad over a short time. I would throw it out ( I know OUCH) and buy a new one.
