i'd say 16-20 is a good age as soon as your done puberty it usually stops growing. it doesnt grow forever, but dont all us men wish it did haha

Penis is not an exceptional organ in your body. The prime period of growth is uptill 11-12 years and growth can be up to 20-24. By that time the growth hormones cease to be secreted and all organs woulkd have grown to their optimum level.

Once you are completely through puberty that sucker is as big as it's ever going it get. Those of us with a little bit of maturity and intelligence accept it and realize it doesn't make any difference...nobody else cares and the sex is just as good no matter how big or small it us. The dumbells continue to feel envious and worry about it 24/7 for the rest of their lives. Take your choice!

Around 17 is the last of the growth in length but as with the rest of the body it may get wider as you get into your 20's
