No. So far, nobody is better than anybody. The difference is that some teams know how to win without being that much better.

Erm... Poland and Costa Rica weren't really good teams, probably some of the weakest in this tournament, Ecuador was already qualified and played them with half of the team being substitutes (to use them on the next round). Sweden wasn't able to score against Trinidad and Tobago, that pretty much says alot about how well it was in this world cup.
When Germany faces a real opponent (like Argentina), you can say if their defense or attack is good.
Same goes for Brazil, you can only say if they are playing well or not when they face a real opponent, like Spain or France. They ALWAYS get sloppy on weak teams.
With all that said, the best team so far is our arch-rivals Argentina , they had the tough tests and proved they are in good shape.

Oh! no, that is a mistake. Brazil plays like champions. From today on wards, they will make German to be too scared more than ever before. German is the better and Brazil is the best.

They may not be the best all the way down the roster, but they're playing better than anyone else, and the more attacking style that Klinsmann has put in is covering any deficiencies they may have on the back line.
