I thought it was as long as youve been taking your pills you can have sex during your "perido pills" and not have to worry? am i wrong?

WOW! I need to answer this, if for no other reason then the response you received from Suzanne 'what's her name' YOU CAN GET PREGNANT even if you are taking the pill! Just because those cute little pills turn colors once a month does not clear you from NOT! You must wear a condom in order to bring down the chances of you getting pregnant. If your taking birth control, you obviously went to the doctor or a clinic. They would have told you all of this information.Nothing is 100%! My sister was on the depo shot for nearly a year when she got pregnant. WOW, should have read the fine print. Good luck!.

well I guess I am stupid too! (not to nice of a comment there) But anyways, I always thought that just as long as you've been on your pills for at least a complete cycle (30 days) then by the time you got to the green pills (sugar pills is how my Dr. explained them to me) that you really didn't even need to take those and that you were still protected from pregnancy. He did recommend that I continue to take those pills so that I wouldn't mess up my head and get off my routine. So to me, your correct. That's how the Dr.s has always explained them to me.

You CAN get pregnant any day of the month. If you are on your period, you CAN get pregnant. The sperm can live inside of you for up to seven days. I wouldn't recommend letting the guy ejaculate inside of you at all unless you want to become pregnant.
Birth control pills aren't 100% effective at all! I know plenty of women who have gotten pregnant while on the pill and the patch. Be careful.

arent those pills sugar pills just to keep u on track with the regular pills? its possible that u could be pregnant but u need to wait a couple of weeks before u test.

you can get pregnant any day , any time...if you are on the pill or not. pills are only a certain % effective. that's why if you ar having sex you need to make sure you can be responsible for a baby, bc it is always a possibility.

The pills are not fool proof. It is highly unlikely that you could become pregnant, but it is possible (however remotely). You really should not worry. The odds are in your favor. The only sure way, even with today's medical technology, is abstinence.

I dont think i understand the question.If u are using birth control pills than u are 99% safe from pregnancy.

When you have ur period you are safe. But even the pill isnt 100% make him wear a condom
