you mean you want a gameboy advance emualtor and GBA roms which are the games for it. Yeah there are some sites out there, you just have to look for them. i have seen all the pokemon games for the gba on the computer...mostly the new ones like sapphire ,emerald, etc.

Pokemon games are deprived of action& have bad graphics.

Try some other games
