Ask him. I have a cousin who is gay and I talked to him about it a few years ago. He said that most people don't mind talking about it but they don't want to go around telling everyone just to tell them. If you really want to know, ask.

If you catch him wearing your dress and he's screensaver picture is of Wentworth Miller than yes he is gay. If he dresses better than you and is always with his bestfriend Mike....he is gay. If you still aren't sure yes, you could ask him, but wouldn't it be much more fun to follow him, tap his phone and go through his stuff....
