You can actually use some lip liner and line a little above your natural lip line. No this does not give you plumper lips but it will definately give people the illusion.

Well instead of getting surgery or somthing, there are lipglosses out there that increse the volume of your lips.

Injectable fillers are the best non-surgical way....and they are not permanent. I would never suggest anything like a lip implant. With fillers they only last a few months and then your lips are back to normal.

u could draw a line outside ur lip with lipliner, fill it with lipstick and with shiny lipgloss. use lipgloss only in the middle part of ur upper and lower lip.
if that dont work, u could use bee sting.

putting a light colored eyeshadow in the dip above ur upper lip helps..just be sure to blend it!! also a shiny gloss helps

i remember on tv celebs were talking about this lip gloss that helps your lips look fuller. i forget what it was called tho. so lip plumping lip gloss should help..
