I have a bit of free time so i'll answer them. Starting from the top:

darth maul was sliced in half horizontally, by Obi Wan, using Qui Gon's light saber, which was green. Darth Sidious sent him.

Don't know the exact number, I will guess 12. No one killed Boba Fett. He lived until Ep VI; and Count Dooku did not die in this movie.

Palpatine told Anakin that he can teach him how to keep his loved ones from dying, particularly Padme if he joined the dark side. Palpatine killed Mace Windu with the help of Anakin. Two Jedis survived: Obi Wan & Yoda.

Sand People ride on Banthas, Yoda was not in Ep IV, and Luke destroyed the Death Star.

Luke met Yoda on Dagoba, Darth Vader was sent by the Emperor, and Storm Troopers are the infantry soldiers of the Empire.

Vader died via a combination of the Emperor's Force Lightning and having his masked removed. Luke saw the spirit of his father Anakin at the end of the movie with Yoda on his left and Obi-Wan on his right. Luke is the last jedi as far as the movie is concerned.

3.Did count Dooku died in this movie? No, Count Dooku escaped and reported back to Dark Sedious about the rebel invasion of the Jedi's.

Obi-Wan and Yoda were the last we see in the movie, but others were out in the 'field' who may have escaped Order 66 to go into hiding.

Vader's right hand was taken off in the battle with Luke, just before Luke went face to face with Palpatine in a staring match. Palpatine began to fry Jr., that's when Vader/Anakin made the choice to save Luke by picking up the electrifying Palpatine and throw him into the power core of the second Death Star. As a result of the injuries, Anakin/Vader was dying when he told Luke to take his mask off rather than running for their lives, as any smart person would have done. He died while speaking to Luke (though I still think it plausable to say that he simply passed out and was later quietly slipped into hiding, but Lucas refuses to listen to little 'old me.)
