I've worked in places where people do it to me, I'm just wondering why they do it and how it makes them feel?

No i havent, ive been screwed over by others.

i think its in someones personality. They have the idea that they deserve more than others, for no real good reason. And they dont feel they need to work for it either. Alot of it stems from jealousy and ignorance.

A jealous personality is very hard to deal with. They are easily distracted from the truth of a situation when their jealousy kicks in. And they do anything to fullfil the needs they think they have.

I actually feel bad for those people like that. It kinda pathetic.

And as for how they feel. I dont think they feel bad. If they did they wouldnt do it. They justify everything in their own mind as to why they do something. Whether that justification is true or unfounded, doesnt really matter. Its the idea that they THINK they deserve the outcome no matter how they get it...

SAD ISNT IT

I worked in a place and I loved the job. I worked closely with a woman who put EVERYONE down to make herself look good. She acted like she owned the place (and was having an affair with one of the supervisors - everyone knew).....anyway, I was told she felt "threatened" by me (for her job). I don't know why. I gave her no reason for that fear she had. She would run to the guy she was "doing it" with and tell him stories that weren't true. I'm not working there anymore. Yep.....she screwed me over big time and I am holding onto anger over it. I can't imagine doing that to someone but I know what it feels like to get treated like that. Plus, she is very very financially stable (rich) and I'm not. She didn't care that she screwed my family over. I just hope "what goes around comes around" is true. She didn't hurt JUST me either. It suck when this kind of thing happens.

I've never done it and i would like to advice you something. Never do it to others. Have the guts to tell them that they way they treat you is not good. Maybe they'll get mad at you. Some might fire you. But in the end of the day, you will be proud of your self, without guilt that you have done something wrong and proud for being the person you are...

I think anyone who actually did it would never even show their face on a blog because most are just brown-nosing cowards that have no talent so the use other people to get ahead.

Yes I have But you have to understand I was in the military and your promotions depend on the choices you make. I felt like it was compitetion and I felt great about getting the promotion over the other person.

they do it because it works and it makes them feel good because they benefitted. If you think they give a damn about you, you are sadly mistaken.
