First you could try and use the divert option on your handy or just ignore it

Get call blocking on your phone line. Then add those numbers to your block list. When one of those numbers calls you, they will either get your choice of a busy signal or a voice announcement that tells the caller that you are not accepting calls from them.
If call blocking is not available in your area, some high-end phones have this capability built in. You'll need CallerID for this to work.

Yes, most phone companies have this feature, you should call in to your provider because setting up call blocking is different for every system.

i had this problem a little while back. cell phones dont have this technology available yet. you Can call ur company and have ur number changed if you tell them you're getting harassed. other than that, turn ur voice mail off. if its a home phone then call ur company to block the number

Yes you can block someone number from from not calling you.
If it is marketers you can call the 800 number and have them remove your name from the list " no call list" If they continue to call this would be considered harassment and you can sue . If it is a specific individual you can activate call block on your telephone.

I'm sure you can stop calls from certain numbers by using "call barring", depends on where you are and your phone of course. We have it here in Australia.

mmm, i dont know, BUT you can dial *69 (thats 'star sixty nine') after they call and find out any info on them, but if this "ANNOYING PEOPLE" arnt at all threatening, i would ignore em', they'll stop. Or answer the phone when you know its them and say something like
"911 Emergency, how can I help you?" lol, i dont know.
If you know them, tell them to stop, and if it is at all threatening- call the operator after they call and tell her whats going on and she may be able to help you...
If not, idano
Ignore them, and if you find out thier number, call it and annoy the heck out of them too...lol

on my phone you go to settings and hit block and put the number in and it wont let those people call

Enter those numbers in your phonebook so you know when they're calling (whatever name you assign to that phone number should pop up when they call). Then ignore when it's them.

depend on ur phone model... certain phones like P910i allows to accept calls from certain parties. or initiate call barring hope that helps...
