a country with very ancient history with epical and scientific proofs. and the livelihood unity in diversity of people, and based on a great spiritual concepts in the minds of people by birth. It is SO SO ..... GREAT TO BE BORN IN INDIA, TO VISIT INDIA AT LEAST BE A FRIEND OF AN INDIAN.

One of the first cultures the world had was Indian other than greek.
Actually Indians had a great knowledge on Science &Mathematics.
Almost every modern technlogies have been known by Indian Rishis in that time itself. There are books found about constructing an aeroplane with its all engineering drawing by the rishis.
Actually all the mathematical theories were first founded by Rishis.
Then Indians and Indian culture Which give the importance to human values and love..So that the families and relationships are strongly bonded in India.

My personal experience with those Indians, from India, has been positive. They are polite, courteous, and respectful of others.
As to culture, what I know about it, the Chaste system still exists. A family will disown a child who marries below their social class or status of wealth. I coorersponded with a native once who was in that situation.
My opinion iin disagreeing is only based on my upbringing in a free democracy. Ancient culture is difficult to change.

All the Indians I know all seem to be good people. They all seem to really value their families and religion and culture. Sometimes I feel as though some might feel better than me, but I'm just a stupid American, so they probably are!! Also, I love that we eat the same type of non-meat diet!

India is a fab country. though there are many corrupt politicians but still india has a rich cultural and historical heritage. the witness to thr indus valley civilsation, the origin of buddhism, jainism, hinduism, sikkhism..... india is my country. the people here are stupid & bastards.

India is great because of the diversity in its cultures and religions(islam,hindus,christianity...etc)
but when will the muslims and hindus in india learn to live peacfully next to each other..?!

dont know.. some are nice.. others not.. before i though da was like talikn to nobody and doing only their stuffs like da come here to united states.. but they dont even wanna try to talk english.. cuz dem so many here...da dot need to talk english anymore.. but then.. in mah new school i met thoz gurlsz who was indian.. da was nice.. ... so it depends on person...
