ok a long shot I know can anyone remember an ad which was shown on VH1 advertising VH Music Awards and in the ad there was a young boy looking at a Madonna poster in awe. I am after the title of the music which was playing throughout the ad. All I can remember I think the ad was in 2002 or 2003 . and I think the lyrics was something like "her smile her face". Sorry know its little to go on.

Was it the single "Open Your Heart" by Madonna? This song was taken from the album "True Blue" and the scene you described is a scene from this single. I think it was released in '86 or '87.
