More than anything, though, I want that snotty, backstabbing Sara to go next. I wanted to wipe that smirk right off her face last night after how she sabotaged Virginia and then stood there smirking when Virginia was getting screamed at. What a witch!

I really hope that Heather wins. She just seems to know what is going on and has the heart and determination to make the restaurant more successful.

The woman chef that is currently leading the blue (men's) team - can't remember her name. She's obviously the best chef out of everyone there and she's a woman, which I think they'll choose just to keep a balance. Kind of like how American Idol "coincidentally" bounces back and forth from a man to a woman.

Heather, look how much better the blue team was when she was with them vs. how unorganized the red tem became when she left. She is clearly the best person on the show, no one else comes close.
