ya I agree with the second one, 1100 is too little, and you should not go on a calorie diet less than 1200-1300 a day. So do the 1500 with exercise, and it will come off at a good healthy pace.

Start with 2000 and light exercise and then when you feel ready, go for 1500 a day and exercise more.
