you should be able to they are a part of public records you might have to pay a fee just go to vital records department of where you think she got married...

Im not sure whereabouts you are (Aus or US) but here in Australia we have forms through the Court Houses where we can obtain a copy of the birth certificate/death certificate/marriage certificate where they ask who you are to the person and the reason for you wanting a copy. On the form they want to know all the details of both the bride and groom and the church or place they were married at. It costs money to obtain the copy. Once you send the form away with the fee, if they are happy with your reason you will receive it in about 7-14 days.

Call the Health Department of the county in which the wedding took place. If you don't know the groom's name, you'd probably need to at least know the date.
