That is bad. She is too young. She can get cancer or worse. Tell her to quit now or she'll kill herself someday. Soon she starts drinking and after that is sex and drugs when she gets older.

Of course it's bad, smoking is horrible on your health and it's illegal for her to be smoking underage. It's a nasty habit and she needs to quit before it's too late and she gets addicted.

Don't be a "taddle tale". If she's your friend accept her and her faults. Just cuz she does it doesn't mean u have to. I had a friend that started at that age...and she's still my friend.
