Work harder if you are not studying enough. And get the help pf your parents when you dont understand the subject. Try to enhance your studies and find a game in all. For instance maths is easily converted to a game... You and your friends may get together in your house and solve problems, the one who is the fastest gets the price ;)

just graduated in 05 and now in grad school. it was amazing to me just how much information the professor was trying to impart was in the texts. i swear to god. i never read anything until my jr. year.

READ THE TEXTS. TAKE NOTES. ASK QUESTIONS. they love it if they think you are engaged. make yourself known to the professor, and i mean in a positive light, and they will know a face to a paper/exam when they grade it. i swear to god it helps.
good luck and dont quit. just get it together and get it done.
