nothing better then a women wearing a skirt to just above the knees and has stockings on and perhaps sitting on a stool where the skirt rides up a bit and you see a little more then you usually would.

they like the sight of legs in sexy stockings and like to watch the skirt ride up to catch a glimps of the top of the stocking or see if there is anything else on under the skirt

Not all of em do. I hate wearing skirts cause of these 3 scars I have on my legs but I get attention in whatever I have on..I just..............have it like that...Just so damn attractive its ridiculous

shows off the legs. accentuates a woman's body & features. but it is also very classy at the same time.

because of the legs..but i think not all girls wearing skirts..i guss it also depends on the guy..or it depends on how the legs look like..if you know what i mean?..
