Is there a way to tell if you've been deleted from some ones buddy list?

Well There's no way.... but you can check if you're being blocked... that is you wont see him/her online although his status is online... there are some blockcheckers.... you can find it in Google..
http://www.wallpaperspecial.com and go there msn Zone and Block Checker..... it's for msn
but you can find others.. for yahoo and other messengers in google

If you never get a response, then they might have taken you off. Other than that, you can't tell unless they tell you.

there is no way to tell, unless they send you a warning themselves....
