my sister poped her pimples all the time and her face looks fine,but know i am getting older and they are starting to develop. What can i do i have a date sunday morning!!!!!!!

what i do is i pop them and i use oxy face pads....it washes them out. it stings a little but it's worth it....cuz they go away and dont come back. it's called oxy daily cleansing pads. it's the chill factor kind. i highly reccomend it...and the pipmles are gone almost completely within an hour or 2. good luck! - Ciara

It's often best to just let the pimple be, but if you can't turn away from the mirror and you just have to pop it, then at least make sure the pimple is ready to be popped. Is there a whitehead? If not, then it's not ready to be popped. If there is a whitehead then wash your hands with soap and water and then take a needle and sterilize it. Use an alcohol wipe to clean the pimple and another to wipe off the sterilized needle. Gently pop the pimple by moving the needle into the pimple parallel to the skin and not down into the skin. Then squeeze down around the outside of the pimple and let the pus be forced up and out. Don't pinch the pimple or you run the risk of pushing the pus deeper into your skin causing a worse infection. Wipe the area clean with another alcohol swab. Hope this helps.

Pay a lot of attention to the condition of pimples.
Pimples are merely your skin trying to clear a plugged oil duct that has become a little bit infected. The PUS is carrying out the bacteria that are growing.
When it is at WHITEHEAD stage it is expelling the contamination.
IF you squeeze or 'pop' them, make sure you do it very gently, and use a tissue so that you do not bruise the flesh around the pimple, otherwise you can get terrible scars.
IF the pimple is only red, with no whitehead, try putting hot water on them, they will either clear by themselves OR will develop into 'whiteheads'.
Teens have zits because of the changing hormones in their bodies and that is usually accompanied by a lot of skin oil. The skin oil is produced to PROTECT your skin. If an oil duct gets plugged up by dirt or makeup, you WILL get a PIMPLE.
The key is to use VERY mild soap or none at all, because drying out your skin ONLY makes the problem WORSE, so wash your face several times a day with cool water to minimize skin oil production. Leave OFF the makeup as much as possible to allow your skin to breathe. Use ONLY a basic moisturizer if anything at all.
The 'beauty' and 'makeup' companies will obviously NOT like this advice much.

Well if you have a date don't pop anything because what happens most of the time after popping them is that they become scabs, if you still have time before your date, the best thing to do is get a clean towel and boil it and then place the towl on your face, unless you can steam them this is the best way to open your pores and it will burst any pimples. Once you feel the towel getting cool then it soak it in the hot water again and repeat.

some pimples are OK to pop,only the ones with the white juices coming out,the other ones leave them alone you could leave a very bad ugly scar,try rubbing alcohol.Apply some to your face three times a day after you brush your teeth and your pimples will be away in no time.
