St. Ives Medicated Apricot Scrub. Watch out it dries the skin so make sure you moisturize and a helpful tip don't wear face cream to bed. Clogs the pores when you rest your face on a pillow. Oh and make sure you eat lots of fruits, vegetables and drink 8-10 glasses of water per day.

Alot of facial washes usually contain either teatree oil or eucalyptus oil because they are natural remedies for killing bacteria.
If you use a balanced PH soap or wash (eg sapoderm soap) and add a couple of drops of teatree oil to it, it should start clensing and healing your pimples. Pour some soap in your hand and add the drops of teatree oil then lather your hands together and rub into your face or use the bar of soap to lather up your face and once all soapy add a couple of drops of teatree oil to your hand rub your hands together and then into your face so it blends in with the soap and isnt directly undiluted on your skin.
Another thing to look at is the cause of the pimples. Is it an underlying condition? Is it hereditary? (genetic) Is it puberty related?
Is it your diet? What type of foods are you eating. You need to eat healthily and drink at least 2 litres of water a day in order to properly care for your body. These would definitely benefit your body as a whole including your face.
Once you have cleared up the pimples get a nylon body scrub glove and I actually use it on my face GENTLY to remove dead skin. People are forever commenting on how beautiful and radiant my skin is. As I am in my middle 30s (but get mistaken for in my 20s) I have just begun using moisturizer before I start getting wrinkles and show my real age lol
Good Luck with everything.
PS another hint.... a few drops of teatree oil in shampoo is good for keeping headlice away. or it can be used as a disinfectant also by wiping over toilet seats etc or I stick it in a spray bottle with some hot water and spray it around the house/rooms to kill the germs when there is sickness in the house to ensure the rest of the family dont catch it.

Neutrogena Oil-Free line works very well. Use the wash/mask in the morning and the scrub/mask for exfoliation in the evening. Use the SPF 15 Moisture every day for sun protection and moisturizing. After over a decade with this problem, I can tell you that the key is in what you eat. Make sure you load your diet with a lot of fresh fruit and veggies (spinach, tomatoes, carrots!, strawberries, etc). Your skin really does reflect what you put into your body.

Take some neem leaves. Clean them well, drain all the water & grind them. Apply on affected areas. Wait untill dry, wash off with cold water. follow this for a week & there will be visible results.
Multani mitthi or mud pack will also help.
Intake of foods rich in vit.C gives great glow to skin. Take a gooseberry{amla} everyday.
Keep your skin clean & dry.
If you can get some mint leaves grinded, they will also prove good for your skin.
Go ahead. Wishing you great skin dayz.

My skin was bad too and I tried Pro Active and it did nothing!
If you're really serious, consider Acutane. It's a very strong medication and would need to be prescribed by your doctor. It really dries you out and makes you susceptible to sunburn, but only temporarily. After the 6 months or so, my skin was SOOO much better. It was definitely worth it!

Try proactive. I used it and I look great. If you can't afford it, Try Biori' products and Clearasil Ultra. That stuff works great too. Even if you think people notice it, sometimes they don't. Try not to be self concious. You r still pretty.
