Work out how long it'll take you and multiply that by an hourly rate you think you're worth.

Make sure you include the depreciation cost of your equipment and software (work out how much you'll need to spend every year to keep everything up to date) divided by the number of jobs you expect to do in a year if you're busy.

Add in extra time for changes (there are always changes) but put a limit on them.

If you're too cheap people will think you're no good.

Work it by hours spend in design and multiply by your hourly rate. Usually anywhere from $35-70 an hour, depending on how much you have to do in the way of Scripting.
